Canadian lobster oil is a product developed with respect for the circular economy by internationally renowned chef Jérôme Ferrer (Grand Chef Relais & Château and Grandes Tables du monde) in Montreal.
It can be used to enhance all fish and seafood dishes such as pasta, rice, pizzas, salads or with tartars, fries, purees, gratins, sauces and vinaigrettes. Lobster oil can also be used cold and hot for all your cooking of white or red meats, fish and seafood.

Chef Jerome Ferrer
Canadian Lobster Oil was created in 2021 by Chef Jérôme Ferrer. At the very beginning, this culinary preparation which is composed of 39% lobster had been prepared for the specific needs of Restaurant Europea. Very soon after introducing it to its menu, there was quickly a great demand for this culinary innovation. Lobster oil was presented for the first time to the general public in October 2022 at SIAL in Paris.
