ANGEL WINDS VINEYARD

Domaine located in St-Joseph du Lac in the Laurentians, this 100% pioneer cuvée is produced there, a hybrid grape variety perfectly suited to producing quality rosé wines. With floral and strawberry aromas, this cuvée will enhance a salmon tartare involving this wild berry, or why not simply serve it with a platter of fine charcuterie.
