We rescue fruits and vegetables that are rejected because they are not the right shape or size, or have a shelf life that is not long enough to survive the distribution cycle. We transform them into delicious, diverse products!

OUR RESCUE MISSION
No one likes to be rejected, not even food.

We’re coming to the rescue of the food industry’s underdogs by repurposing foods that have been discarded for aesthetic or shelf-life reasons. In addition to cold-pressed juices made from perfectly imperfect fruits and vegetables, we now sell beers made from day-old bread from bakeries, gin that recycles potato scraps from the Yum Yum chip factory, and soaps that recycle cooking oil from a restaurant chain. To close the loop, we use our own nutritious, fiber-rich pulp and leftovers from our beer manufacturing to transform it all into bite-sized energy treats.
