Dare to try a new trendy cider!

Cocktail cider with notes of peach, mandarin and a light taste of apple, with several exotic flavors, reminding us of the beach and warm sand while remaining here in our beautiful Quebec.

Preparation: Cider cocktail made from classic cider and Geneva cider, signed Michel Jodoin. It stands out for its composition, it contains natural mandarin concentrates and mandarin and lemon zests. A touch of white peach syrup is also added to the mixture to recall the famous “Sex on the beach” cocktail. The product is finally carbonated before canning.

Tasting notes:

Dress: Bright orange color. Appearance reminiscent of a homemade cocktail.

Olfactory: Fresh notes of mandarin, and delicious scent of white peaches.

Taste: Fruity and refreshing taste of citrus fruits (lemon and mandarin) and a burst of ripe and sweet white peaches in the mouth.

About the Michel Jodoin Cider House
Michel Jodoin represents the fourth generation of apple growers in the Jodoin family, established in Rougemont since 1901. Michel has strayed from the path taken by his father by abandoning the stalls of public markets to pursue other projects and ambitions. He has thus become a cider pioneer in Quebec and has restored cider to its former glory. With his wealth of experience in Europe, particularly training in Champagne, he obtained one of the very first permits in Quebec to manufacture and sell artisanal cider and then to create a micro-distillery.

Today, Cidrerie Michel Jodoin is an award-winning cider house and micro-distillery. We are fortunate to see the transition to the fifth generation of Jodoins today! With Michel's help, their mission is to continue the family tradition and continue to innovate quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic apple-based beverages.
